Austin Lee is Vice President of Operations at InsurePay, responsible for the operational backbone of the company’s insurance payments and Pay-As-You-Go (PayGo) workers’ compensation platform. In this role, they coordinate cross-functional programs spanning implementation, program management, customer operations, and internal business systems to ensure that carrier, agency, MGA, and payroll partners see consistent, predictable delivery from first deployment through everyday use.

After spending over a decade at Yahoo!, Austin focuses on building operating models and governance structures that translate InsurePay’s product and commercial strategy into clear execution plans, metrics, and routines. This includes standardizing implementation playbooks, reinforcing release and change-management discipline, and partnering closely with leaders across Product, Technology, Customer Enablement, Finance, and Sales to keep initiatives aligned and accountable.
